    Signalbit.io offers tools for creating, managing, segmenting, automating, and analyzing web push notifications. We do not guarantee specific results or uninterrupted access to the Service.

  5. Acceptable Use Policy

    You agree not to use the Service for:

    • Sending spam, fraudulent, or misleading notifications.
    • Violating applicable laws, including data protection, anti-spam, and intellectual property laws.
    • Collecting or transmitting sensitive personal data, such as financial information or health data, without proper consent.
    • Promoting illegal activities or content that is hateful, obscene, or discriminatory.

    We reserve the right to monitor accounts and investigate suspected violations of these Terms.

  6. Payment Terms

    • Pay-As-You-Go Billing

      Signalbit.io operates on a pay-as-you-go model, where you will be billed monthly based on your usage.

    • Invoices
      • Invoices will be issued on the 1st of each calendar month, covering usage for the previous month.
      • Payments must be made within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
    • Accepted Payment Methods

      Payments can be made using Credit Card or USDT (US Dollar Tether cryptocurrency).

    • Late Payments

      If payment is not received within the specified period:

      • Your account will be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
      • Additional fees or penalties may apply for continued non-payment.
  7. Privacy and Data Protection

    Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

  8. Intellectual Property
